Diversity survey summary

GP & S is an ICAEW registered accountancy firm with qualified partners and staff including professional and support staff.

The following is a summary of responses received to the diversity survey concluded on 27th March 2025:

• 15% are aged between 16-24, 5% are aged between 25-34, 15% are aged between 35-44 and 65% are 45 years or older.
• 55% identified as female, 40% identified as male with the remainder preferring not to say.
• All respondents considered they had no disability with 10% saying their day-to-day activities were limited a little because of health problems.
• 90% are white British.
• 35% are Christian and 55% have no religion. The reminder preferred either not to say or have another religion.
• 75% attended a state-run school with 55% achieving A Level or vocational qualification. 30% have obtained a degree level qualification.
• 90% were not entitled to free school meals.
• 50% are married.
